Returns Policy

At Dance Lover, we are committed to making sure you love your purchase. We take great care in carefully inspecting every item before it is packaged and shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns on eligible items within our return window.

Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. If you’d like to request a return, simply contact us within this timeframe, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

To ensure that all our customers receive products in perfect condition, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags intact.
  • Please ensure items are free from any signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, perfumes, or damage.

Return Inspection Process

All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt. A refund will be issued only if the item is found to be in returnable, unused, and resellable condition, according to the guidelines above.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products or for hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Items with the price tag ending in ".97"
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Intimates, undergarments, tights, and similar items where hygiene is a concern.
  • Gift cards.

We encourage you to reach out if you have questions about an item before purchasing.

Refund Details

  • Once we receive, inspect, and identify your item is eligible for return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect item was sent. In such cases, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Need a Different Size or Style?

If you need a different size or color, simply place a new order at your convenience. You’re welcome to return the original item (if eligible) following the process outlined here.
