SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

While we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. For in-stock items please allow up to 7 business days to process your order. 

DELIVERY TIMELINES 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, item availability, and the chosen shipping method. Dancelover is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched, including those caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order shipping timelines are subject to change due to factors such as manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping carrier delays.

For pre-ordered items, the estimated delivery time shown at checkout refers to the time it will take after the item arrives at our warehouse and is processed into our system. These are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once the pre-order item is received, we will examine, process, and ship your order as soon as possible. Any delays from suppliers, manufacturers, or customs may affect the estimated timelines, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

PRE-ORDER & IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once all items are available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

Customs duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically when your cart meets the qualifying conditions.

STORE PICKUP 

This option is currently unavailable. We are working on it and will update here as well as by email as soon as it becomes available.
